Hello All,
I have just joined.
Im 25 from the midlands and have owned my Cat for 2 years now.
Shes the best bike ive ever had and see no reason to swap her.
We went to the TT back in 2010, which was brilliant and so was the bike.
Failed her MOT last year and hasnt been on the road since. However, I have had some bonus money from work so the work is commencing to get her on the road again.
Hope there is some useful info on here for me.
Off to look around now.
Talk soon
Carl

Hi and welcome.
Hopefully the work to get through the MoT wont cost much or take too long.

Hi & welcome carl.
Do you mean exhaust stud/bolt when you say boss? if so an experienced technician or engineer should be able to get it out there are many different ways of tackling them.
Paul.

Hi Paul,
I mean the 'lug' or lump of material the stud screws into has sheared off.
I can extract broken studs no problem....(being an engineer!) but i cannot fix this :(

Hi and welcome to the forum, sounds like a mare with the down pipes, there's a wealth of experience on here who should be able to help with the tech side. I have recent experience with suspension issues so may be able to help ....... But I ain't promising anything!!
