What a display of skillz Empty What a display of skillz

Got stuck behind a bloke on a bike on the Kingston Bridge today who looked like he'd been to at least one IAM rideout, due to the amount of conspicuous mirror checks he was doing (either that or he was paranoid green smile )

Anyhoo, despite his impressive display of 'road awareness', he patently failed to register the cars that were piling up behind him, due to the fact that each time he did his mirror checks..every five seconds..his speed would drop by 10-15 mph.
He had two clear lanes inside him and I was tempted to just undercut him, but he was such a liability that I decided to wait until he stopped obsessing over his mirrors long enough for the fact to sink in. blind
...he did, two miles later. Rolling Eyes

Hey, maybe he wasn't checking the road in his mirrors...maybe he was checking himself. "Oos a pretty boy den?"
I should have checked his top yoke to see if a cuttlefish bone was jammed on there.. Laughing

Better to see elbows than crotch I would suspect.

Hope it wasn't a thundercatter - What bike was it?

FYI - Black BMW saloon unmarked traffic car spotted on M8 and M74 recently.

Aye, seen that a few times (today included..think the reg ends in 58HKV). There's also a grey one.
The black one favours pulling people eastbound just beyond the gasometers.

It looked like an old BMW k1100rs* and his name was Cameron (he had one of those Confederate style vanity plates on the back). Wink

*-edit- Now that I come to think of it, it could have been an old Kwak ZX-14R Ninja..it has those mad ribbed fairings also. :rite:
