Oops Hi Another Newbie

Hi All,

I have recently bought a cat to get back into riding (its been too long) it rides well better than me lol. I have been riding the cat since October throughout the winter. Ice and snow was the exception. Its been great fun and am looking forward to the summer and with luck seeing some of you on days out.

Might be a S.A.D. thing - maybe those yellow bikes are just too bright and folks need to be broken back in gently until Summer actually gets here.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes I am from up North but dont hold it against me. I am looking forward to loading some pictures of my cat and as for the colour well for me its the worst colour going red and white with black accents but it was a good price. Is there anywhere you can get cheap OEM parts for the Cat as the t shaped stay support needs to be repalced on mine and they want £28 which seems steep for what it is (tight Northener lol)

And well done riding through the winter, like Mapman says, bet you're glad it wasn't last winter... or you'd have been better with a snowmobile! You'll find there are quite a few of us more towards the North of the country Thumb

Looks like I hadnt realised about the colour wars with the bikes lol when I said I didnt like the red and white bike its not strictly true. I do like the yamaha colours but will be off to Eastlands on thursday to watch City and it proberbly wouldnt be wise to take it down there even to beat the traffic so it will be on the train and into the pub before hand. Very Happy I just hope we can win the tie. So I have proberbly alienated most of you with that news
