Re: TomCom Project
Might be a good time to stop this project or pay someone to do it. No offence but it sounds like you have not got a clue what you are doing :0)

Re: TomCom Project
Ok the first thing with cans is temp. Make sure the can and the surface are above 16c then apply even light coats, don't worry about the finish just make sure you don't put too much on and leave it at least five mins between coats, on the last coat give it one good coat but again not too much let it dry over night and the next day give them a good polish.
Re: TomCom Project
What do you use to polish the panels up after painting, t-cut or just a normal polish !!!

If you want to finish them properly you can wet flat with soapy water with 1500 super fine wet and dry paper to a matt finish then finish off with 3000. After that you can use a cutting compound g6 or g3 from any good motor factors then finish off with wax.
That's if you want to get involved other wise use t-cut and then wax ;0)

Depends on what your dream is I guess. I know my limitations and wouldn't dream of taking on a spray job.
