First ride 2009, dusting off my T Cat...
After the biting cold and snow of recent weeks the sight of that big yellow dome in the sky was too much for me! Only did 70km but it was fantastic just to be out there and it was as perfect a biking day as I ever seen in February. Just headed about locally, bit on my own, bit with MrsR on the back and they my youngest daughter swapped with her so she could get out too. Bumped into some familiar faces at Quatt too! Hope the rest of 2009 is as good!

Dragged out the garage for the 1st time this year: The olf girl doesn't look too bad in the February sunshine

The near summer conditions brought out bikes in droves and the cafe at Quat near Bridgnorth
I bumped into a couple of people some of you might know:

Born2BMild and his eldest daughter

TT07 of TBF was out too, excercising his Gixxer thou k7
I even bumped to old mate from my days at Acco Cables:

Stuart and his 58 plate Duke Monster.

Totally agree - today was just about as good as it gets for biking in February.
Did about 100 miles down to On Yer Bike near Aylesbury for a coffee with DAF and a couple of others. Loads of bikes out today all with the same idea. Dry roads and unbroken sunshine all day - even broke out the dark visor and summer gloves!
Lets hope we get many more good weekends this year - surely we're due some
