as it happened I make and sell rails and racks for classic bike as well as some newer bikes.
price for this $205.26 that's equivalent to £130!

Re: racks!!
That looks like a professional job. Very impressive!
I think you might be in demand if anyone needs something a bit different.

Re: racks!!
I'd be very interested to see what you could conjur up for a rack for my cat to mount hard side panniers on the rear. I already have a back box with monokey plate, fitted to a givi rack.
I contacted nonfango about hard pannier fittings but they quoted me over £300 just for the rack.

I just picked up a Nonfango rack, plate and topbox off of eBay for £80! Mind you, I prefer the way the Givi rack fits the bike, but mine works OK (just had to shim the seat lock as it fouled the rack). I doubt I'll need panniers, but I was hoping eBay might come good on those too if I did.

Could you take some pics of the nonfango stuff and how it's fitted for me?
Cheers

Re: racks!!
I can, and I also found a fitting document online which I'll see if I can dig out. Might take me a few days to get pics.

Re: racks!!
OK, here are the fitting documents which show you how it all fits, including the rack, top plate and pannier racks. Let me tell you that in reality it's a tight fit getting the bracket under the rear grab handle and getting the bolt back in, but it does go. The main issues I had are:
- LHS rail fouled the seat lock/helmet holder such that I couldn't operate it properly. I removed the seat lock (2 security internal Torx bolts) and used a couple of small washers to shim it away from the rail - job done!
- the top plate rubs on the little central plastic panel at the back of the seat when loaded with a heavy topbox. For now I've put some sticky-backed foam rubber on there, but I really need to adjust the angle of the plate mounted to the rack
Other than that it is rock solid and the 848 box takes more stuff than I had thought it would.

Pictures on the bike may take a while, but hopefully this helps for now.
