Thundercat freshen up
My trusty Thundercat is now 13 years old and the time has come to treat the old girl to a bit of a tidy up over the coming winter. I will plan to do the following:
Rear suspension:
Remove, clean an regrease. I might get the shock rebuilt too...I know a man who can.
Front Suspension:
New fork oil, regrease and adjust steering head bearings
Brakes:
Braided lines and new fluid
Carbs:
Remove, clean. Balance
Exhaust:
Clean and re-paint the down pipes
Consumables:
Oil/filter and a new back tyre
Hopefully this should freshen the old girl up noticably, especially the cornering and handling.
I will post a few updates and pics as I progress through.
First job though is to make some room in the garage to do the jobs!

Re: Thundercat freshen up
Looks like you've got your work cut out there!
Hopefully the winter will be mild and you won't be too cold working out there.
