Re: decals???
Hi John
If you decal it all orange, silver and black it will look beautiful.
What did you find on your google search mate?
Good news, any links or pictures?
Cheers

Re: decals???
It looks cool as it is, miles better than my yellow/silver.
I am thinking of buying blue aftermarket fairings myself

just up the road from me.
and I like the colour.I'm not a fan of one colour!!
I just put a daft bid in and I won
I paid £1169 for my current cat and so far I've spent £108 (I got £60 for my race can other wise £168)
4 plugs/oil/filter(£38),legal road can(£100) and silver paint and lacquer to do the frame and swinging arm.plus..
I dont know how much it will cost to sort the carbs out,
some of the fixings for bracket on the fairing is either broken or missing,
so I made my own. namely the bottom rear and front.this probably due to corrosion.I think the bike has been used all year round by the last owner, the bike has just over 11000 miles on the clock.
also it has 2 new tyres fitted. mot/tax till next year.
just made myself a abba like stand so I can adjust the forks as the front wheel is pointing slightly to the left.no visible damage and she steer with no problems.
the bad bit is the carbs they are way out and running lean.
no nasty rattles or jumping out of gear.
took her up to a ton with no problems accept for hesitant now and again(again carbs)engine sound sweet as a nut!
the wheels need repainting(doing this myself)
luckily I have my own polishing gear so I polish all the foot pegs etc to a nice shiny chrome like finish(I make rails/racks for classic bikes as well as some modern)chromed as well as powder coat in any colour at a little extra cost other wise black is standard.
I'll be making a rack with a backrest for my dear lass(she has arthritis in both her wrist so she cant grip to well).
I'll try and make it so that I can retain the grip handles.
there seem to be enough room to do it.
once I've made it I'll post up on here.
as for decals I can't find the above but others yes
