Hi all. I have owned my :yzf: Since New 1996. I cant believe i have only just come across this site. Although its thanks to steve who saw my Bike on the Ebbsfleet to Manston run on Sunday and put a card on the tank. Cheers Steve. Looks like a great site !! I have been to the swiss alps and the french/spanish pyranees all on the cat which has never dropped a beat.

Not sure how many here are still the only owner, a few but not many.

I'd love to do the Alps by bike, have done bits of it 30 odd years ago aboard the slowest bus/coach possible. The German Thundercat site are planning on doing that year after next, sounds interesting.

Have a look around, somewhere about is a bike colour poll, I think yours might be top of the leader board. Also there is a map where we have place an approximation of where we are, gives an idea if anyone wants to organise a ride-out. Loads of other stuff which I think most of us have forgotten about. Oh, yes and quite a bit of info on the bike should it miss a beat.
Something for the weekend could be of interest, well supported ride-outs in different parts of the country (except down here) - good to have another southerner

Looks like Steve's little business cards have at last been useful. I told him to stop putting them up in phone boxes! It attracts the wrong..... it's just wrong. Glad you found us.
