Guy on a Ducati passed me on the way from Ullapool to Oban with his Ducati flaps wide open and proceeded to get his flaps down going round corners......what a fud!

Years back some bloke turned up at one of our ride outs on an old Daytona with a bald front tyre, no front mudguard, panels held on with cable ties, a fuel leak and an oil leak.
He got hunted. tongue

..nothing worse than people turning up for runs with baldy tyres... green smile

Should clarify that the flaps were actually lower fairings and he only overtook me cause the brakes on the duke aren't as good as those on the Thundercat.

i always thought it was illegal to have a red light of any kind on the front of any vehicle. i also saw a bike with a red light cover

That's what I thought as well.

It was definitely confusing traffic moving toward him, as evidenced by their brake lights going on and moving left (thinking that someone was parked up on the wrong side of the road). Neutral

It is illegal, I had a red lens cover for mine but got pulled outside seaways cafe for it. You are allowed it on as long as you haven't got your lights on..
