Just come back from a 50 mile ride-out with my mate. Went to Ely at last and had a drink (soft) at a waterside pub. There were a few boats moored up, the Land Lady was quite cool with us being there which was a pleasant surprise and she told to be safe as we left.

Noticed that my hand wasn't as numb as previous trips.
Now done over 330miles so hopefully be over 1,000 by summer's end. Embarassed

Never thought of going to Ely will have to add that to the must do list.

THe hand numbing does ease over time, the same as hand cramps - being New I am am learning this the hard way.

Ditto for what Ross said,, as to the hand numbing i suffer for the first 30 - 40 mins, but after about 70 miles all goes away, and that still the same after all these years!!
