Bike for Sale Empty Bike for Sale

Hello One and all,

Now I am likely to be getting a nice shiny Thundercat this coming week, thanks to Nick on here, my trusty steed my Suzuki GS500 (2006 plate) is now for sale, its in fairly good condition, runs well, will work till the end of the world, currently has around 26,000 on the clock but this will rise slightly over the next few days, with me moving out of my uni house.

Bike does have some scratches on the engine casings and 2 small dents in the tank (these weren't added by me!) bike was an ex riding school bike and owned and run by the owner of the school as his commuter, it isn't a mint bike I wont lie but its solid as a rock as long as its serviced every year it will do what ever you ask of it, 12 months tax and test till May 2012.

contact me for more details if interested.

great bike as a cheaper second bike to preserve your 'Cat' , great first bike for the ladies as its low and easy to use same for anyone who's just passed their test to.

I can sort out photos of the bike for people to if they want them.

Thanks
Dave

How much do you want for it?
What does it do to the gallon?
How long do the tyres last?

Hi there,

not sure what it does to the gallon but I regularly get between 200-250 miles out of a tank, tyres have still got a few thousand miles on them but I will double check the exact tread left on them for you.
Price wise I am looking in the £900 region

I need a ride to work bike capable of 80-100 a day, might pop down and take a look.
The Thundercat is good on fuel, but heavish on tyres and I don't want to use it for commuting
The Fazer 1000 just costs to much to run to use on the commute
So the GS might fit the bill! Not had a Suzuki since 1987!
