Trying to run it through my mind over n over again that i couldnt have done anymore. Bloke in left lane me in right slowly approaching traffic lights on red. He does a u turn. I hit his offside rear luckily doing less than 30mph n it flicks bike over onto ns and me off into sat lunchtime traffic. Anyone who knows armley lights at leeds will know at that time its packed.

Bike cosmetically buggered. It eventually started n i rode it home. Waiting for insurance to come back to me. Im black n blue but ok.

For those of u wondering about Draggin jeans - buy em!

They are coming to look at mine next monday.

churchill insurance have wrote saying they will tell the driver to say he performed the u turn after i ran into back of him

Im insured with Bennetts and a friend works there - she says just stick to your story it will all pan out ok. its all normal to-ing and fro-ing.

Hate insurance with a passion now. Still have not got my £350 excess back & looks like no one gives a s**t. What did i pay my legal protection for?
