really pleased with myself
been out the last 2 days practising , i knew where my problems were , and the theory for good cornering, just needed to get out there and sort out the psychology...and its working....wooohooo.....got off the bike today with the same buzz i used to get from the gym( and i am a junkie for the gym...like to come out shaking lol).
gone from being scared of corners and backing off riding the brake , satrday, to not even touching the brakes , keeping smooth lines and acceleration, and actually enjoying the corners...especially the ones that felt really good.
gonna try the twisty route tommorrow , and aim for the same level of satisfaction.
not worrying about the speed, thats coming on its own, just want to come away with that feeling of a job well done .
oh , and totally done away with the arm tension, by tank gripping with my knees, and standing hard on the pegs .
oh oh , and have to add , finally got her over 7k revs,on the dual carriage way, boy what a difference...love love love it hehehehehe

Great stuff LC, I find I'm struggling to keep her under 7k, she REALLY comes on song at higher revs.
One thing I am struggling with is getting the suspension setup 'just' right. Don't get me wrong, she handles fine, but with soooo many adjustment options (preload, damping and Rebound, Front and Rear) it takes a while to dial her in to your height, weight and riding style.
