The Cat stays now! yay
Well recently had to consider option of trading the Cat for a cage for reasons only argued by ex-missus, and came very close.
Fortunately the day has been saved by my 9 year old daughter who got seriously upset at thought and put her mother in her place, so the cat stays!!!
Ps. Would anyone else have problem with having there 9 year old daughter riding pillion?? She's a bit of a girly girl but is desperate to go leather & helmet shopping but her mother objects (no surprise there)

Re: The Cat stays now! yay
I've always taken my daughter as pillion, since she was 9 and she loved it. Being a single parent I've never had a choice.
She also goes on the back of her Dads R1 when she's at his.
I fell off last year and was fine until she landed on top of me lol
Go for it, she'll love it.

Take my nippers too, as long as they are kitted out correctly I dont see a problem.
As far as I know the law states they must be able to reach the pegs with ease. Love handles are a fantastic addition too (no jokes please)

Hi JDM,
Great to hear your good news. I'm sure you'll find some way to say thanks. Kids have the strangest ways of letting you know how much they care and how much they don't!
Wishing you many more days of safe riding.
Chris

My two, 17 & 14 both like the bike. in fact its Simon's (17) preferred method of being picked up from York. I prefer it too as its midnight and there are not many cars about!
Even get the spouse on the back now and then!

Now little one has decided she has to have same helmet as daddy so better see if HJC do helmet her size and look for clothes for her birthday!!! Another generation of biker on the way!!
Cheers again all for confirming I'm not bad parent Haha
