hello all
Hello everyone, my names is chris, proud owner of two thundercats.....(explain that later) Been riding for 14 years, and have owned a cat alongside a couple of other bikes since '99 and have never regretted not selling her on. Had a rvf400 before, and decided being 6ft2 riding a small 400 wasnt the best plan, and after having a lightbulb moment, took a thundercat for a spin. Bought her brand new before I even took my lid off, and been with me ever since. Perfect first "big" bike, have toured around and a couple of track days. Capable of anything you can ask it to do, and often more capable than me.
Very recently picked up a second cat, yellow and silver 98 'S', after my black 99 'T' had a heavy slide down the road after a twit in a can pulled out from a junction on me (add insult to injury he simply drove right past me!!!) with all good intentions of rebuilding my other. Couldn't be without one, my missus is far more comfortable on the back of the cat and relaxes far easier than she does on the Mille. Odd that the Mille is now used as the commuter and the cat is for the weekend tours (living in cornwall has its advantages sometimes). Will upload pics when I get a better internet connection, I think Denzil has almost finished training the new carrier pigeon (couple of disadvantages).
Safe riding all

Hello and welcome to the Gang
Nice to hear someone who loves their 'cat(s) so much.... great bike! And as far as I'm concerned you can never have too many bikes, especially Yamaha Thundersomethings
Hope you enjoy the forum and maybe manage to take part in some of the rideouts in the future.
