Would love to ride today but we have more snow too. Had a lovely peaceful walk in the woods with the dog though

I've been out on the Honda XL100 today. It's not been too bad here. Well, no snow anyway.

Went for a little blast around the lanes, twas good fun.

Snow is nice in pictures and that's about it.

Was able to go on on Saturday, was cold and I did the same route I have been doing since the end of November, but enjoyed it and was even able to throw a little winter caution out the visor [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] .
Just as well as I did, it's been raining pretty heavy at times since Saturday night and is set to continue all week.

Hoping that it doesn't ice up overnight, bike is due at the grease and spanner tomorrow for the pipes, can, sprocket and chain replacements as well as the alarm being taken out.

Well, i finally got out on her today - first time this year!!! She is, as we speak, being cossetted by Uncle's Stewart and Julian for a few days (well, she is actually more likely to be getting sworn at by the aforementioned gents ... in particular Stewart who gets to take the farings off - he's already informed me he will be singing at her with a screwdriver in hand and that my bill will be at least £500 as he has bought a Virago to do up!!! he was even trying to flog me it today saying i'd look good in fringes my reply was 'pick a finger' )
Pick her up Friday as i'm now working rest of week so i hope she behaves!
