I look forward to your thoughts once the "honeymoon" period has passed (especially on the motor & gearbox). Though I must admit, strangely, I still appear to be in mine some 10 months down the line . . . Never had that happen with any other bike before

Surely you must know someone with a camera, computer skills and who would be able to put up a picture without trying to take the piss.
Even I managed 2 out of 3.
Enjoy the new steed Tez.
Lots of love

Re: new bike coming
If your waiting to avoid salt and wet weather then I'd expect to see you on the road for a week in July.... if your lucky haha
I have to say you have immensely more patience and self control than me. I'd have been out on it before it got into my garage lol

Re: new bike coming
Well, got out on it Friday and today, was a little apprehensive at first as I haven't ridden for over 5 months, but within 5 miles it all came flooding back. The accuracy of the steering is amazing after the Honda, and whilst I had the CBF I thought that it was fine. This device is in a different league though, and the brakes, bloody ell definite brick wall quality. Only slight downside is the suspension is a little on the harsh side, but its very early days yet and it might ease off with more miles (and I might get a bit more used to it) and of course I can always back it off a little. Riding position is a little on the sporty side of what I'm used to, but I think I'll probably adapt to it, all in all I'm one happy old git.
