do you need definite numbers now or can I sign up at a later date?
I really want to do this but don't want to book too early and find i've peed the misses off lol or I can't get time off work

Nope... take your time.

I first would like to get some quotes and let you all know what the options are. When the time for the actual booking comes, later this year, I might have to ask for deposits though.

Would be good if anyone who signs up here is a definite though...

Just for an FYI...

kwakkat asked to be removed from the list for now as it's not certain if he'll get the time off.

That means there's a space available! If anyone wants it please let me know. If not I'll still keep the space and pay the deposit for it myself in case someone decides to join later on.

What a shame... hope you have fun though  

So far that's 2 that have pulled out for now. I'll still keep the booking for those two places and pay the deposit myself so people can still join later on or if anyone has mates who'd like to come along...

Just had a message from my mate Simon who's not on this site but who's been on a few trips to the Ring with me in the past. He's gonna take one of the spaces now.

Hope you're all OK with an "outsider" coming along?  

I'm sure he'll fit in just nicely Thomas. You could always make him aware of our existence as a forum. You never know , he might like the place and want to join in on other events too

He's certainly aware of the forum... not sure what's keeping him from signing up  

Anyway... his mate Mike is going to come along as well so the places are filled again
