A week earlier than last year for purely selfish reasons, I'm back offshore next month and S'n'T has to fit round my rota

After last years success, we're looking to return to the Green Dragon at Hardraw (If we're allowed back!)

There is accommodation to suit all budgets as the pub has everything from camping nearby, bunkhouse/hostel type accommodation, lodge B&B rooms and B&B in the pub itself.

Between £15 and £45 pppn B&B

Important stuff
---------------

Food was excellent last year
So was the beer, but only after the surly landlady was put back in her box
England’s highest unbroken waterfall is in the pub grounds!


What I need from you

Do you wanna go?
Do you wanna stay in Hardraw again or would you prefer a different town
Do you wanna stay at the Green Dragon - Friday 20th for 2 nights?
What accommodation do you want?

I'm sorry but I simply can't sit back and listen to this and since Ross is obviously worried about not having a drinking partner I'm sticking my neck out and saying I'll be there on the Saturday night in the bunkhouse.

Not sure if I'll have recovered enough from the op to be on my bike (so dont worry about an additional route for Sunday Tel, itll only be 12 days after my op so more than likely wont be fit to ride) but I'll Deffo be there).

Local cider party back on Ross!!

I really want to come along but already booked up that weekend sadly. Couldn't get enough brownie points for 2 bike trips in a month.....

I have sad news that after such enthusiasm and doing tol last weekend. I've had some big unexpected bills come in and so cannot make surf and turf on 21st. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. I was looking forward to this as its part of the country I really want to ride. But hopefully next year. Have a good weekend guys. See you all again soon.

Weather forecast is currently looking good, looking forward to this Chris.

Me too mate, been up in Shetland for nearly 3 weeks now. Itching to get home and get out on the bike before summers done!

Wish I could join in with the rideout to bolster the numbers but combination of work in the morning and poorly hand make it impossible, I will of course make up for it in the après ride stakes!!

I'm sure the hand will get some excersise in the evening Steve (lifting your pint I meant )
The Z desperately needs some more miles on it before winter lay up :(

Terry's sorting the route Ellie, we're heading east and it's changeable dependant on time and weather. All the possibilities discussed are equally entertaining though

Due to circumstances beyond my control I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to make this after all. I know I wasn't coming on the rideout because of my op and incapacity but was really looking forward to meeting up with everyone for beers, shits and giggles. This not the case now I'm afraid. Sorry to Terry and Chris as I know a few people have dropped out but there's nothing I can do, also sorry to Ross, you'll have to sail the cider ship alone.

If any monies toward cancelling room etc required let me know and I'll get it to you.

If I don't catch up with you again this year I'll be back fighting fit for BC, TOL & SnT next year.
