Wee Mac 2013 - Master List
First topic message reminder :
Note the following is as I read it on the Sign Up Thread and is subject to change as I did promise those who stayed last year would get priority for a limited time and also the room layout will dictate the sleeping arrangement unless I force some of you singles to start spooning in a double room.
Big Hoose - Sleeps 10 ( 5 rooms) (3 Nights ONLY - Fri,Sat, Sun nights)
&
Broadmeadows 3 Apartments (4,4 & 2) (now 3 Nights too - Fri, Sat & Sun Nights)

Gary (Gazzaboy35) ......................... £35 DEPOSIT PAID & £65 BALANCE PAID
Mally(MalcolmDuncan) .......................... £35 DEPOSIT PAID & £35 balance paid - first 2 nights only
John - sorting own accommodation(Fri/Sat) - staying Sunday night @ Broadmeadows ........ £35 owed

Bob - sorting own accommodation(Fri/Sat) - staying Sunday Night @ Broadmeadows (tbc) ...... £35 owed
Julian (Jules no cat) ......................... £35 deposit refunded
SchoolHouse (4 single beds and a double) (NOT BOOKED (unless there is enough interest) )
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We can squeeze 20 (possibly 22) in at Broadmeadows in total. Any more than that we'll need to look into booking the ONLY other accommodation in walking distance.(just don't follow Cath's route to get there) Probably only viable if we've got enough. This place (The Old SchoolHouse) should be a bit cheaper though.
Rideout Only
--------------
Tom (TomCom) - live 'locally'
Billy (BillyW) - live 'locally'
Sickboy(Billy's mate) - - live 'locally'
Tim (ChickenTim) - sorting own accommodation
Bob - sorting own accommodation
Pete - sorting own accommodation
John - sorting own accommodation
Christian - sorting own accommodation
STOP PRESS - I've booked and paid the deposit for the bighoose, east lawn and uplands and west lawn (10,4 & 4, 2) and option for additional two spaces.
All 22 spaces now taken.
Option of The Schoolhouse if number expand again.
Cheers
Rosco

Cool. Are they good for a deposit?
I'm taking £35 pp deposits.
The total bill for schoolhouse will be cheaper the more people that stay there and should work out cheaper than broadmeadows.

Hope it's got a good rear tire on it!
Still keeping an eye out for the one I want, may have to be a Cat D or need some loving.

Cheers Martin, really appreciate the offer.
If I do need to borrow it I will operate a strict '2 wheels in contact with Tarmac' policy at all times.

Re: Wee Mac 2013 - Master List
Hi Tony.
At the moment we have no spaces at the main venue but at least one maybe two definites have intimated to me that they are possibly just maybe hopefull-ies now. So watch this space.
There may be space where some of the auld yins are staying - not sure where that is though. Chicken Tim will know and Terry Lees might know.
What's their name and I'll put them on the waiting list for Broadmeadows if you want.
Cheers

Re: Wee Mac 2013 - Master List
Updated - Bob (tbc) added to the list for Sunday.
Assuming we all the spaces are filled ..... I'm thinking we should make it £35pppn (discounted to £100 if you take all 3 nights)
Should cover the extra laundry

Well if there is no let up in this weather, hands up who's going in the car?
Just incase, I'm glad there is decent parking available....
You sobered up yet Ross after collecting all that money?

I've promised Bea for so long now I'd take her to see the beauty of Scotland, I'd prefer that to be her lasting memory of the land , rather than freezing various outer extremities off and never wanting to return.
EDIT
Bugger ! . . . . dose that mean I got . . . . OLD

Hello fellow Wee Maccers, if the weather is still as bad and not biking weather Rosco and myself are working on a contingency plan so we still can all have a fun filled weekend...we will need to know numbers of folks who plan still come on 4 wheels so we can get contingency plan set up..
So can we do a plan B list of def attendees willing to car it if need be?

Re: Wee Mac 2013 - Master List
Me & Katie are definitely coming, on 2 or 4 wheeled transport depends in how I get on this weekend as much as the weather.
I imagine Terry will be up for the weekend too.
