The cast is off

So after 7 weeks the cast is at last off the bike has been put back togother thanks to ebay and a roll of duck tape I will be replacing the plastics at some point. Went out on the bike a few hours after the cast came off only went a few miles just to see how things go with the arm and bike. All went ok with the bike but when I got off the pain in the wrist and lower arm was much. Going to give it a few more days then try again on Sunday

And even go out on the bike a few times!

That's good news, yip take it easy to start off. Would imagine your arm will need a little time to regain muscle mass and strength.
