BIG MAC SIGN UP
First topic message reminder :
Hi All
Can you please show your interest in Big Mac here please?
We are currently looking in to accommodation and may try and book a hostel for our stay in Portree.
It would be useful to gauge interest in the trip and what you would like to do about accommodation.
Hostel is most likely to be the cheapest. As you may know we stayed in a hostel last year in Fort William and it was fine (and cheap)
e.g.
Rosco
Ferry for Saturday - Booked
Accommodation FRI - Would stay in hostel in Portree
Accommodation SAT - Would stay in hostel in Portree
Accommodation SUN - Would stay in hostel in Portree
Rideout Saturday - YES
Rideout Sunday - YES
Cheers
Rosco

Apologies Pete.......all I really knew was that it was a green one
All bedding is supplied at the Hostel (and at my hostel too!) so no need for sleeping bags.
DBD's made it all the way to the Ferry port yesterday 107miles on his clock and and 111miles on mine???
While waiting to go on the Ferry I commented that his fuel light had not come on and by the time we boarded it was ON
Cheers

Re: BIG MAC SIGN UP
Great day riding yesterday. Unfortunately James had an argument with a corner that tightened and the corner won. He is fine bar scuffed leathers and a bit of a sore knee. Had lovely fish suppers at the harbour last night and then a great night at pub too. I managed to borrow someone elses's bike and pulled a few wheelies on it in a car park. Pics to follow. Looking forward to a great day.

Re: BIG MAC SIGN UP
Good days riding yesterday. Weather was mostly dry and rideout was incident free. Me and Rosco even had a go on some local high powered machines whilst waiting for the ferry. On Skye now and looking forward to another good days riding. Dry so far so looking good.
