STOLEN-YELLOW & BLACK CAT BE ON THE LOOK OUT

My Cat was stolen from behind my gates in Grimsby this morning at aprox 0200-0400 am

Very destinctive cat one off paint in yellow and black, black smoked bubble screen. micron round can, Inticators in mirrors, corbin style seat with yellow piping, black wheels with yellow rim tape,

Can everyone keep there eye on ebay etc / breakers sites, i'm absolutely gutted and totally uninsured because i didnt have it in my garage!

Thanks for everyone's kind words, as for the police there's fat chance they'll find it, reported it stolen at 0600 and they still haven't been in touch to even take any details other than my initial call to them this morning- haven't even contacted my neighbour who's cctv partially overlooks my drive- in a word- useless! unless your doing 34 in a 30, then they'll catch you every time!

I'd keep my eyes out. Always looking for spotting one but I'm away for a week now. Hopefully something good will come out of this.

just to keep you all updated- still no news yet and still no contact from the police- over a full day since being reported! - humberside police really are totally worthless!

oh yes i will second that, (am also a lover of our fine and upstanding Humberside flea circus), am sorry for your loss, am keeping a look out at work and have told most breakers we deal with to keep an eye out

I would be back on to the police asking them what they are doing about it. I would hope they had been in contact with local breakers & bike shops etc.

they don't care in the slightest, they dont like crime that needs investigating! if its not on cctv its too much like hard work!-

Had my sister moped stoen from my house overnight about five years back, and they had a go at hot-wiring the CB250RS I was using as a run around too. Police never came, just issued me with a crime number.

Hope you do get justice, but somehow I doubt it.

Absolutely gutted to hear this mate.

I know some folks (I'm not saying you) claim to garage their bikes to get a much cheaper quote when the don't actually have one but if it ends this way do the maths add up. ? ?

Whether you have a garage or not doesn't really matter I guess if your insurance was invalid at the time.

Double whammy - bike nicked and insurance not claimable.

Sincerely hope you get the bike back in one piece and the scrotes that did this get their comeuppance.
It is a very distinctive colour scheme so hopefully that will make it easier for them to get caught.

To be honest i do usually put it the garage,

I'm in the process of moving and on the night it was stolen i had been decorating at my new place and arrived home very late, my 2 year old was in bed asleep and i didn't want to wake him by rattling the 2 stes of gates and the garage door-

Stupidity in hindsight but I have learnt over the last few days that there are a lor of if only's in life- all we can deal with is what we have.

Does anyone have a cat for sale for a reasonable price?

As for the police as long as they have given you a crime number they think that's job done and you the victim gets shaf#@ed again because you end up claiming for the theft and up goes the premium!

Dont you just hate people who CBA to get off their ar**s and work for what they want, and think its OK to nick other peep's stuff??!!

I might be selling mine this winter, but I just need to think a bit longer LOL. I'll let you know if you havent found anything before.
